Simply browse our store, select the item, choose your size and colour, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout steps and you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us within 12 hours and we'll do our best to make changes. Once dispatched, we're unable to modify or cancel — but returns are always available.
Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with your tracking number. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
How long does delivery take to the UK?
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 7 business days. This is typical for international shipments. We always aim for the lower end of that window. You'll receive tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Is shipping free?
Yes — all Northman orders ship free to the UK. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven't received your tracking within 2 business days of ordering, contact us.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, contact our support team. We'll investigate immediately and either resend the item or issue a full refund — no awkward back and forth.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales?
Yes. We deliver across the entirety of the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, at no extra cost.
Do the sizes match UK sizing?
Our products use Asian sizing, which typically runs one to two sizes smaller than UK standard. We strongly recommend checking the measurements chart on each product page and comparing it to your actual body measurements before ordering.
What if I'm between sizes?
Always go up a size when in doubt. Our items are designed with a tailored fit — if you're on the boundary, the larger size will give you more comfort without losing shape.
How do I measure myself correctly?
Use a soft tape measure. For chest, measure around the widest part of your chest with arms relaxed at your sides. For length, measure from the top of your shoulder to where you want the garment to end. Compare your measurements to the size chart in centimetres.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
What if the item I received is wrong or damaged?
We're sorry if this happened. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been issued.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct one. Contact us and we'll make the process as smooth as possible.
Are the colours in the photos accurate?
Yes. We only sell products where the photos accurately represent the real item. Slight variations can occur due to screen settings, but we do not use heavy filters or colour-altering editing.
